On Monday, Mrs. Faircloth's English IV Honors class held a mock trial based on The Canterbury Tales. Students stepped into character roles, presented their cases, and brought Chaucer’s work to life in a creative and engaging way.

We are proud to have poultry on campus as part of our Animal Science class! 🐔💜 This hands-on opportunity allows our students to learn responsibility, gain practical experience, and see agriculture come to life right here at school. Programs like this help prepare our Knights for future careers while giving them real-world skills they can carry beyond the classroom.

⚽💙💛 From Learners to Leaders: Character on the Field

Sometimes the most powerful lessons don’t come from the scoreboard, but from moments of integrity.

During an East vs. West Bladen soccer match, West Bladen captain Jonah Bryan, with the support of Coach Brett Jackson, stepped forward to correct an officiating error—choosing honesty over advantage. Their decision upheld the integrity of the game and demonstrated that leadership is about doing what’s right.

Tonight, Bladen County Schools proudly recognized Jonah and Coach Jackson for their outstanding sportsmanship and leadership. Their actions reflect the very heart of our district theme, Learners to Leaders, showing that true success comes from courage, integrity, and respect.

💙💛 We are proud of all our student-athletes and coaches for reminding us that character always outweighs the scoreboard.
