📢This morning, in collaboration with the Bladen County Sheriff's Office, East and West Bladen High Schools participated in a lockdown drill.

‼️There was NO emergency. This drill allowed us to practice our lockdown procedures.

Again, there was no emergency situation—all students and staff are safe, and the day is proceeding as scheduled.

On Monday, Mrs. Faircloth's English IV Honors class held a mock trial based on The Canterbury Tales. Students stepped into character roles, presented their cases, and brought Chaucer’s work to life in a creative and engaging way.

We are proud to have poultry on campus as part of our Animal Science class! 🐔💜 This hands-on opportunity allows our students to learn responsibility, gain practical experience, and see agriculture come to life right here at school. Programs like this help prepare our Knights for future careers while giving them real-world skills they can carry beyond the classroom.

On Saturday some of our PGC leaders took to the stage in Dublin to turn over or accept pageant crowns. Their peers/co-leaders showed up to support them! We're so proud of those who served on last yeat's court and those who will serve this year!
