Good evening Knight family this is your Principal, Chris Orrock, with some information and upcoming dates.

It was great seeing all of our students return.  Thank you all for a wonderful 1st week at the castle.

If you have not already done so I encourage everyone to download our Bladen County Schools APP located in the APP store and google play.

Parents, I would love to hear from you and get your perspective on various topics throughout the school year.  If you would like to be a part of a parent advisory council please email Mr. Orrock or call the school at 910-862-2130.   

Next Monday September 7th School will be closed for students and staff in observance of Labor Day.  

The Class of 2027 Parent Team is sponsoring a Senior Sunrise Breakfast on September 25, 2026. This event will be held on the West Bladen High School Football Field starting at 6:00 am. Please join us to kick off the 2026-2027 School Year with breakfast, music, and lots of memories! 

Athletics for the upcoming week. Monday, August 31st Men’s Soccer is home against Hobbton.  Tuesday, September 1st Women’s Tennis is home against Whiteville.   Wednesday, September 2nd Men’s Soccer is away at Union.  Thursday, September 3rd Women’s Tennis will be away at Fairmont.  Volleyball is away at Heide Trask, JV Football will be home against West Columbus and Men’s Soccer is home against East Bladen.  Friday, September 4th Varsity Football is away at West Columbus.
