Our Leadership

Mr. Orrock comes to West Bladen High with many years of experience not only in the classroom but in school administration as well. Orrock earned his undergraduate degree in history education from North Carolina State University and began his career in education teaching social studies at Cary High School. He continued his education, earning a master’s degree in education administration.

Orrock’s first assignment in school administration was in 2014. He has served as assistant principal at Brunswick County Early College High School and Shallotte Middle School. Orrock previously taught and coached at West Brunswick High School.

Mr. Orrock’s teaching and school leadership have impacted the lives of thousands of students. Known for being a respected and effective leader, he is committed to ongoing professional development, having participated in the NCPAPA Future Ready Program.

Ms. Lennon has served as an educator in Bladen County Schools for over 20 years in several capacities.  In 2013, she was named Bladen County's Teacher of the Year.  She is dedicated to lifelong learning and is excited to be part of the Knight family.
